  1. Return Window
    We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    You may return:
  • Defective items (e.g., damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects).
  • Non-defective items if you simply change your mind.
    Items must be:
  • In the original condition you received them.
  • Accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
  1. Exchanges
    We gladly accept exchanges for defective and non-defective products. If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect your original item.
  2. Cost of Returns
    All returns are free of charge:
  • A prepaid return label is included in your package.
  • There are no restocking fees.
  1. How to Initiate a Return

  • Use the prepaid return label included with your order to send the item back via mail.
  • Keep a copy of the tracking number until your return is processed.
  1. Refunds
    After we receive and examine your returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours (maximum).
    Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
    Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are also refunded.
  2. Processing Time for Exchanges
    For exchanges, we will send your replacement product promptly after inspecting the returned item.
  3. Exceptions
    We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if:
  • The item is missing parts, is damaged by misuse, or is not in its original condition.
